We’d only recently moved into our house which was in need of quite a bit of decorative work. We asked Tom to completely redecorate all three bedrooms - as well as fitting replacement picture and dado rails. The quality of his work and his attention to detail were excellent and we were really happy with the outcome. As a result, we invited him back to refurbish and paint the entire front of the house for us. Again he did an impressive job and made a real difference to our house’s first impressions! It was clear to us that Tom cares about making sure his work is in keeping with the character of the house that he’s working on – and this was important to us. He’s also a nice guy!
And if you don’t take our word for it – it’s worth pointing out that our next-door neighbours are now using him to do up their living room! I’m sure they’ll be as impressed with their results as we were with ours.

Tom painted the complete exterior of my house in summer 2009. The top half is wooden weatherboard and Tom use eco paint, which he said could last for up to 15 years.

I am delighted with the standard of work and on several occasions when I've been in the front garden, perfect strangers have remarked how smart the house looks. Some even mistake the weatherboarding for plastic cladding as it has such a wonderful sheen. Louisa Nun.

We asked Tom to decorate four rooms in the Victorian house we moved into in Balcombe at the beginning of this year. The work he did was of a very high standard and we were extremely pleased with the finish. Tom was always very friendly and polite and he not only understood exactly what we wanted for the rooms we were sure about, but was also great at making proactive suggestions when we weren't quite sure what we were after - all of his suggestions have worked out really well.

The work Tom did for us was great value for money but, more importantly for us, he made the whole process very comortable and easy.

We contacted Tom to do a restoration job on the seven hardwood doors to the front of our building. They were in a variety of conditions with some having been oiled, some varnished and some completely neglected. He did a fantastic job of bringing them all up to original condition with a minimum of fuss and at a very reasonable price.
